Liebster Award

Logged in a little later than usual this morning.  Was pleasantly surprised to find that one of my favorite bloggers, Olive Ole, had nominated me for the Liebster Award!  Feeling so loved and special!  YAY!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Olive.  And everyone, go check her out!!!  Seriously, she’s awesome!!!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Make a post thanking and linking the person who nominated you.
Include the Liebster Award sticker in the post too.
  2. Nominate 5 -10 other bloggers who you feel are worthy of this award. Let them know they have been nominated by commenting on one of their posts. You can also nominate the person who nominated you.
  3. Ensure all of these bloggers have less than 200 followers.
  4. Answer the eleven questions asked to you by the person who nominated you, and make eleven questions of your own for your nominees or you may use the same questions.
  5. Lastly, COPY these rules in your post.

So, here are my five nominations:

  1. The Novel In Her Head
  2.  Confessions of a Lit Addict
  3. Blogging It Like a Goddess
  4. James Proclaims
  5. Cottage Chick Knits

Here are the eleven questions for me:

  1. What is your dream vacation?  Rome, Italy!!!  I want to take a vacation to go run the Rome Marathon
  2. What book are you currently reading? haha…  I’m reading a stack right now…  a bunch of books on writing and I’m rereading To Kill a Mockingbird, also reading The Beach House and a couple bible commentaries
  3. What New Year’s resolution did you make this year, and how long did it take you to break it?  I didn’t bother making one this year because I rarely make it a day without breaking them.
  4. If you had a superpower, which one would it be?  Super Speed!
  5. What does a perfect day look like to you?  Peaceful and quiet with time to read, write, and spend time with my family (probably all on our pc’s playing a game together)
  6. If you could witness any event of the past, present, or future, what would it be?  I’d like to be one of the first to colonize another planet.
  7. How did you get into the blogging world?  I was told it was good practice for my writing
  8. Shark diving, bungee jumping or sky diving? I’d so much rather swim with sharks than face my fear of heights!!!
  9. What is your favorite cheesy pick up line, and have you ever used it or have it used on you?  I can’t even think of one right now lol
  10. If you can reccommend just one place in your country to a tourist, what will it be?  Disneyland!  Mostly because I’ve never actually been there but want to!!
  11. How annoyed are you at my questions right now, on a scale from 1-10? Do you get easily annoyed?  Depends on the day, and not annoyed at all.  This was fun!!!  🙂

And here are the eleven questions for the nominees to answer (yes, I cheated and used the same ones – but I liked them!):

  1. What is your dream vacation?
  2. What book are you currently reading?
  3. What New Year’s resolution did you make this year, and how long did it take you to break it?
  4. If you had a superpower, which one would it be?
  5. What does a perfect day look like to you?
  6. If you could witness any event of the past, present, or future, what would it be?
  7. How did you get into the blogging world?
  8. Shark diving, bungee jumping or sky diving?
  9. What is your favorite cheesy pick up line, and have you ever used it or have it used on you?
  10. If you can reccommend just one place in your country to a tourist, what will it be?
  11. How annoyed are you at my questions right now, on a scale from 1-10? Do you get easily annoyed?
