Bad day, go away!

Do you ever have one of “those” days?   You know, where from the time you wake up in the morning, it feels as if the entire universe has turned against you?

That was me this morning.

First, I didn’t sleep well last night.  This was following a night of almost no sleep the night before.  So I really needed the coffee fairies to be nice and generous with the caffeine this morning.

Unfortunately, I overslept.

So I took my only cup of coffee out the door with me as I headed off for a class I had signed up for…  My exit was closed and I had to take a detour that added an extra 10 minutes to my drive.  (Did I mention I was running late due to the oversleeping?)

I arrived exactly 3 minutes early… or so I thought.  Actually, I wasn’t even the right place.  They had moved since I had been there last.

I called to find out where they were now.  It was at that point I discovered…  I had the wrong day.  I was supposed to be there yesterday.

It was at this point that I decided that my bad day needed to go away!

So I came home, went back to bed.  Then got up and started my day all over again.  And it worked!  I tricked the universe!!!!  Day went from bad to great!

I had no idea that this was possible!  I will be using this method of bad day fixing from now on.

Have an awesome day everyone!  🙂

(and if you’re having a bad day… just go back to bed and start over.)
